The Architectural Review Committee is tasked with ensuring uniform enforcement of the Architectural Guidelines for Briargrove Homeowners Association, Inc (Phase One).  This committee consists of four members (your neighbors) who are appointed by the Board to maintain uniformity in the appearance of the neighborhood.  Please refer to the official Briargrove Architectural Guidelines for specific requirements that apply to your home and don’t hesitate to contact the ARC at briargrovearcrequests@gmail.com should you have any question regarding making changes to your home or to report any concerns you may have regarding the appearance of the neighborhood.  Please note that the ARC can only enforce rules in Phase One as the subsequent phases are currently managed by a separate Association.
