The Briargrove Subdivision is located just West of Repoll Road on Jeff Hamilton.  Briargrove Phase One consists of 72 lots as shown on the Phase One plat.  In addition to Phase One, the Briargrove Subdivision currently has two additional phases that are not a part of Briargrove Homeowners Association, Inc.
